Week 23 & 24

So much has been happening lately! First of all, we have decided on a name for our little guy! After much deliberation, we have decided he is going to be

Griffin Lee Weatherington!

Yay! We love it! Griffin is my mom's maiden name, and we thought it would be a really cute name for our son!

Now I am ready to start working on the nursery! That won't happen just yet though! I have started doing a lot of sewing lately. I finished a fabric book and another blanket for Griffin! I love sewing stuff for him! I am working on another blanket for Griffin that's kinda really for my mom! She picked out some fabric that she loved and wanted me to make a blanket for her...err um, for him.

I plan on putting pictures up of this stuff, but right now my camera is out of service. So as soon as that gets working again, I will upload pics! That's also why I haven't had any belly pictures on here lately.

I do have one belly picture that was taken yesterday by a friend of mine. Just prepare yourself for this! Here is my 24 week picture!

Wow!! That is one big belly!! It reminds me of when I was a kid and I would put a ball under my shirt and pretend I was pregnant. That is really a basketball under my shirt!

Another exciting thing that happened is that Tom finally got to feel the baby kick!!

We were laying in bed one night and the baby was kicking like crazy so I had my hands on my belly and felt him, so I grabbed Tom's hand and put it on my belly too. We laid there fro a while then finally he felt it!! It feels like a little thump that comes from inside my belly! It was so cool!! I was so excited!

Now Griffin has started kicking like crazy!! I joke that I think he will be a Ninja when he comes out! He's our little ninja baby!
